Medicover is an international healthcare organization, providing medical services in Poland, Hungary, The Czech Republic, Romania and Estonia. In the Central and Eastern Europe region the company has over 60 medical centers.

The medical application was initially developed as a request from Medicover. The system covers all functionalities of a modern healthcare facility, synchronizing the informational flow (both financial and strictly medical). Following 1995, the whole development of Medicover in Romania was and is supported by the integrated system provided by TotalSoft.

TotalSoft’s success on the Romanian market was materialized in an important contract that led to the translation, adaptation and implementation of a 100% Romanian IT product on the European market. This product was addressed to the hospitals, clinics and medical laboratories of one of the largest private healthcare company in Poland. Among the medical and technical benefits provided by this application, the project also focused on the financial development for the medical centers in Poland, Hungary, The Czech Republic, Romania and Estonia.
