Microsoft DynamicsTM CRM 4.0 is developed in Microsoft .NET and related technologies, therefore providing a fast use, configuration and installation. Microsoft CRM includes the following components:

  • Microsoft CRM Server
    Microsoft Dynamics CRM is a platform fully integrated with the Microsoft solutions: Microsoft® Business Solutions, Microsoft BizTalk® Server, Active Directory®, Microsoft Office, Microsoft SQL Server, Microsoft Exchange Server, Microsoft Commerce Server, Microsoft Windows Server, at the same time offering methods of integration with the financial and accounting systems within the organisation. The customer of this solution is a simple web browser plus authentication. In this way, it is no longer needed to install and configure the customer application on each computer in the organization, also facilitating the access to Microsoft Dynamics CRM outside the organisation.

  • Microsoft CRM 4.0 client for Microsoft Office Outlook
    Microsoft Dynamics CRM offers a solution integrated with Microsoft Outlook of offline access to data in the CRM. The Outlook customer is a solution dedicated to mobile persons, who are used to working outside the company. The synchronisation facilities of databases between the Outlook client and the CRM Server provide homogeneity to data, as well as fast access and their easy distribution.
