Charisma ERP Clients Adopted The 20% VAT Rate

TotalSoft, the producer and supplier of Charisma ERP, announced the successful adoption by the company’s clients of the new VAT rate, valid starting with January 2016. The preparation of the clients for the changes in the normal VAT rate to 20% and to the VAT rate for books, textbooks and magazines to 5% began at 1st of December 2015.

TotalSoft ensured the implementation of the new VAT rate in Charisma ERP by providing their clients with an application that automatically modifies the rate, so as the clients could carry on with their activity as usual after the 1st of January 2016.

“The preparation of the application that was provided to more than 500 Charisma ERP clients was made in November. We tried to offer our clients a one month advance to familiarize with the application and the necessary time to clarify any misunderstanding before the entering into function of the new VAT rate. The high number of companies that depended on us in order to begin their fiscal year without any issues imposed a fast work rithm necessary to finish the process.
