TotalSoft accepted BusinessMark’s invitation to join the Operational HR Forum event, taking place on September 22 and 23, at Radisson Blu Hotel, in Bucharest. At its second edition, the forum aims to perform useful debates about the daily activity of the human resources specialists.

As the main provider of HR software solutions and services in Romania, including personnel administration and payroll core applications and complex talent management and self service solutions, TotalSoft will talk about the new trends, ingredients of a successful HR activity. TotalSoft will invite the audience to leave the daily problems, processes, operations and HR strategies.

Operational HR Forum will reunite 100 human resources managers to share their experience and join debates on various topics such as performance management, organizational design and culture – from theory and practice, problems and solutions concerning the payroll and personnel administration process, labor law, taxes and wage tax, recruitment, and employee retention.
