TotalSoft announced the implementation of Charisma ERP and Charisma HCM at Therme Bucharest. These are top software solutions targeted to accounting and financial management and human respurces management. The project, signed for in August 2015, represents a part of the total investment of 50 million Euro that Therme allocated for the construction and the opening of the largest wellness and entertainment complex based on thermal waters in Europe.

“Our first meeting with the representatives of Therme was directly in open field, at Balotesti, during a phase when the building was already impressive, showing the subsequent huge size of the project. Although we met in an unusual space for presenting business software solutions, the professional approach of the Therme team and the focus on quality, also proven by the way Therme looks now, and also the clear and fast decisions led to the launching of the partnership in a very short period of time. Even from the beginning, the management of Therme had searched for a complex IT system, perfectly integrated, and Charisma ERP responded to these requirements. TotalSoft integrated the Charisma ERP solution with tho other international operational systems from which it automatically takes the data about the sale of the tickets and the restaurant consumption to allocate the costs on costs centers and to manage the inventory from quantitative and value points of view.
