In the beginning of December, "Happiness Center" organized in Bucharest, at Hotel Intercontinental, "Wellbeing & Happiness Awards". During this event, the companies and public figures who contributed to the happiness / wellbeing of people in 2015, were awarded. TotalSoft was among the winners and was awarded with the distinction Active & Happy @ work alongside companies such as Servier Pharma and Henkel Romania.

The prizes awarded by "Happiness Center", the first integrative processing center where anyone can fulfill a personal goal and / or professional, were based on a study including 45 companies who wanted their employees to enjoy many moments of sport and relaxation as well as opportunities for personal development and active involvement in the community.

According to study’s results, in 2015, the main services offered by companies to employees included: events and workshops for personal development, coaching programs, nutrition services and massage and alternative therapies.
